We all know how important it is to stay healthy, right? Well, this smoothie is packed with ingredients that don’t just taste amazing but also come with powerful anticancer benefits. It’s loaded with greens, berries, and some superfoods you may not have tried yet but will totally want to start adding to your routine.

Let’s break down what goes into this vibrant, nutrient-dense smoothie:

  • Ingredients:

    • Greens (like kale or spinach): 3 handfuls (~2.7g protein)
These are great for boosting immunity and detoxifying, giving your cells the nutrients they need.

    • Wild blueberries: 2 cups (~2.2g protein)
Packed with antioxidants, wild blueberries are known for reducing cancer risk with more antioxidant power than regular ones.

    • Other berries (like strawberries, raspberries, or dark cherries): 1 cup (~1g protein)
More antioxidants and flavor, these berries help fight off inflammation, a key factor in disease prevention.

    • Dates or banana: 2-4 Medjool dates (~0.8g protein) or 1 whole banana (~1.3g protein if used instead)
For natural sweetness and fiber. Dates are antioxidant-rich, while bananas provide potassium and creaminess.

    • Half of a lime, with peel, washed: No significant protein
Adds fresh zing with a boost of vitamin C for immune support.

    • Handful of organic walnuts (soaked): (~4.3g protein)
Soaked walnuts are easier to digest and provide omega-3s to help fight inflammation.

    • Ashwagandha: 1/8–1/4 tsp (minimal protein)
Reduces stress and strengthens the immune system.

    • Mucuna pruriens: 1/8–1/4 tsp (minimal protein)
Supports brain health and improves mood.

    • Matcha: 1/2–1 tsp (~0.5g protein)
A powerful green tea powder packed with cancer-fighting catechins and a slow, sustained energy boost.

    • Water: 1–2 cups (no protein)
      For hydration and blending ease.

    • Blu Majik from E3 Live: 1 tsp (~0.5g protein)
This blue-green algae is a powerhouse of antioxidants that combat oxidative stress.

    Total Protein: ~13.3g

    How to Make It:

  1. Soak your walnuts for about 4 hours (optional but highly recommended).

  2. Throw all the ingredients into a blender, starting with a cup of water.

  3. Blend it all until smooth.

  4. Pour into your favorite glass or jar, and enjoy!

This smoothie is seriously next-level when it comes to giving your body what it needs to fight off inflammation and boost your immune system. Plus, it tastes amazing—super fresh, a little sweet, and super satisfying.
