Cancer Fighting Recipe: Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, Raw Honey, Olive Oil & Black Pepper.

If you are looking for a powerful and delicious recipe that can help prevent and fight cancer, look no further than this turmeric, ginger, and garlic paste. Not only are these ingredients packed with anti-cancer properties, but they also work together synergistically to boost each other's benefits. 😃

Here's what you'll need:✅

  • 1 inch of fresh turmeric

  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

  • 2-4 cloves of fresh garlic

  • 2-3 teaspoons of raw honey (Optional if you're on a low carb low sugar diet).

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Before we get to the recipe, let's take a closer look at the health benefits of each ingredient:

✅Turmeric: This bright orange root contains a compound called curcumin, which has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Curcumin has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and to enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy in some cases. Starwest Botanicals has a good quality turmeric powder for a great price. You can buy that here.  👈🏼

✅Ginger: Ginger is another potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It also contains compounds that have been shown to inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells, particularly in the digestive system. You can try Starwest's Ginger Powder by going 👉🏼 here. They really do have great quality products!

✅Garlic: Garlic contains sulfur compounds that have been shown to have anti-cancer properties. These compounds can help to slow the growth of tumors and to prevent the formation of new blood vessels that feed cancer cells.

✅Raw honey: Raw honey contains antioxidants and other compounds that can help to fight inflammation and protect against cancer. It may also have anti-tumor properties, though more research is needed. I don't use honey much now since I'm cutting down on sugar but if you'd like to use it to neutralize the strong taste of this recipe I would recommend this one. 👈🏼

✅Lemon juice: 🍋 Lemon juice is high in vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant. It also contains compounds that have been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells, particularly in the digestive system.

✅Olive oil: Olive oil is a good source of healthy fats, which can help to reduce inflammation in the body. It also contains polyphenols, which are antioxidant compounds that have been shown to have anti-cancer properties. 👉🏼 Here's one that I have found to be one of the best qualities on the market.

✅Black pepper: Black pepper contains a compound called piperine, which has been shown to enhance the absorption of curcumin from turmeric. This means that adding black pepper to a turmeric-containing dish can increase the effectiveness of the curcumin. There's a lot of pepper in 👉🏼 this bag but if you love it like I do it'll go fast.

Now, on to the recipe! 😃

  1. Peel the turmeric, ginger, and garlic and chop them into small pieces.

  2. Add the chopped turmeric, ginger, and garlic to a mortar and pestle and grind them until somewhat pasty.

  3. Add the honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper, powdered ginger and powdered turmeric to the mortar and pestle and mix everything together until it forms a smooth paste.

  4. Transfer the paste to a small jar or container and store it in the fridge (if you don't eat it all).

You can use this paste in a variety of ways. I personally eat it by the spoonfuls, but you can also try mixing it into salad dressings, or using it as a marinade for meats or vegetables. It has a strong and spicy flavor, so use it sparingly at first and adjust to taste.

By incorporating these anti-cancer ingredients into your diet, you can help to protect your body from disease 💪🏼 and promote overall health and wellness. Enjoy, and good health to you~ 😊
